The 2026 edition will reaffirm the Asturias International Photojournalism Festival as an essential cultural, professional and educational event in the region. A space where the image once again becomes a tool, a language and a meeting point.
The programme will bring together photographic exhibitions, round-table discussions, lectures, screenings, training workshops, cultural activities and educational sessions spread across various venues in Asturias. A programme designed to foster dialogue, learning and seeing the world through different eyes.
From 20 September to 20 October, Asturias will become a visual landscape.
The main events will take place from 1 to 3 October.
The activities will be held at cultural, educational and urban venues such as the Port of Gijón, the School of Commerce, the Jovellanos Institute, the Jovellanos Theatre, the School of Hospitality, the Paseo de Begoña and other venues across the region.
